Reading growth agency now focused only on B2B event services, not dental
About Codarity
Codarity Limited is a small marketing company with an office at 9 Greyfriars Road in central Reading and a registered office on City Road in London. It was founded in 2016 and has a team of fewer than ten people. It was earlier a general agency for PPC, SEO and web design that served small businesses. Clients from that time include Celebrating Disability, Burlesque Cheek and Tethys Energy.
Its focus is now narrower. Codarity is now a growth partner for B2B event services only. It targets production companies, AV and technical firms, corporate event agencies, staging companies and venues, usually with revenue above £1 million. Founder Dan Charles spent close to ten years in the events industry. He worked in audio engineering and music production and scaled live shows to more than 3,000 capacity. Lisa Savin is account strategist and Daniel Brown leads delivery. Other specialists in design, video, data and engineering join when needed. The firm stresses that clients deal with senior people only.
Its method is called the Evergreen Event Profit System. It has four parts: authority (content, search, PR and proof), attraction (LinkedIn, Google, account-based marketing and paid media), automation (CRM, nurture and AI), and architecture (first-party, server-side tracking and attribution for long sales cycles). Each engagement starts with a free scorecard and a paid, fixed-fee assessment. The client keeps the roadmap from that assessment whether or not they continue.
The published results come from event businesses. Eclipse Global reached £744,000 of predictable annual revenue, built on Google Ads and a pipeline system. ATA Events saw 31% lower acquisition costs and saved more than ten hours a week through AI automation. Party Host Boys moved from more than 70 scattered campaigns to 14 times return on ad spend. Codarity does not guarantee results.
Five Google reviews give it 5.0, and TechBehemoths shows 4.8 from five reviews dated 2017 to 2020. Reviewers mention clear reporting, proactive ideas and social ads paired with website chatbots. One saw a 50% rise in enquiries within a few months. Estimated rates are roughly $70 to $150 an hour, but Codarity publishes no prices.
For dental practices, the fit is weak. It publishes no dental or healthcare clients, pages or results. The company's positioning now rules out sectors outside events. Its tracking and paid search skills are relevant in principle, but a Berkshire practice would need to confirm that Codarity still takes on work outside events.
