Spinningfields web, SEO and GEO agency with healthcare focus and published dental rankings
About AsOne
AsOne is an independent digital agency trading as AsOne Design Limited. It is based on the 10th floor of 3 Hardman Street in Spinningfields, Manchester. Its core work is web development, SEO with generative engine optimisation, and design, alongside hosting, PPC and social media. Healthcare and manufacturing are its two main sectors, and its healthcare clients include NHS trusts, private clinics, medtech firms and health platforms.
The agency has worked continuously since April 2008 and has delivered more than 200 projects. Simon Veal has been managing director for over ten years. Sam Momen is head of operations and technical lead, Alex Singleton leads digital projects and design, and Mihai Lisman handles hosting and server support. Clients deal with senior people rather than account handlers, and its tagline is 'The Agency that Stays' because of its long-term clients and stable staff.
Its search service combines SEO and GEO in a six-stage process: audit, research, architecture, content, authority and measurement. Technical work covers audits, Core Web Vitals, indexing and schema. GEO work includes citation audits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews. Content work covers briefs, long-form articles and E-E-A-T signals, while off-page work uses digital PR and link building. Semrush is used for rank and AI-visibility tracking. Reports cover rankings, traffic, conversions and AI citations. Sites are built to WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards with GDPR-aware hosting.
The dental evidence is Carisbrook, a private practice in North Manchester and a long-term client. Its local SEO work uses regular long-form articles on dental topics, written with the practice's dentists. The content targets location-based long-tail searches across Manchester, Whitefield, Prestwich and Bury. Organic search brought in 34.4% of site acquisitions over six months while paid search was also running. Rankings include first for 'broken teeth manchester', second for 'dental care whitefield' and sixth for 'emergency dentist manchester' and 'invisible braces manchester'. No start date is given.
This model suits established private practices that want one senior team for the website, hosting and search, plus an emphasis on accessibility and compliance. Multi-site groups with heavy AI-search needs may also fit. Healthcare work outside dentistry includes a unified, fully accessible WordPress site for Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
AsOne does not publish prices and does not sell packages with fixed deliverables. Scope is set after the audit, and SEO and GEO work has a six-month minimum term. It has no reviews on Google, Clutch or similar platforms.
