About Adictiz

Adictiz is a Lille company based at EuraTechnologies, the city's technology campus, that sells a gamification platform to marketing teams. Rather than a search agency, it is closer to a software and campaign studio: brands use it to build games, quizzes and contests, push them through paid media, and capture contact data from players. The team has 49 staff (some listings give a band of 50 to 99 employees), and 2024 revenue was about 4.7 million euros.

Adictiz was founded in 2009 by Charles Christory, who was chief executive in 2018. That year the French media group Webedia took a majority stake, with terms undisclosed. Adictiz ran more than 3,000 game campaigns for brands in 2017, and roughly forty staff stayed in Lille while sales moved to Webedia's offices near Paris.

The current platform has more than 65 game mechanics and formats. Playable Webpage experiences sit on a subdomain or are embedded by iframe; Playable Ads run as programmatic display through DV360; Playable InStore runs on kiosks at the point of sale; and Playable App works inside mobile apps. The workflow has four steps: create the scenario, buy media on social, programmatic or email, collect declared and behavioural data under GDPR, then segment audiences on more than 30 criteria and send targeted messages. Data can be passed to CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce. The company also offers Google Ads campaigns, but has no SEO offer.

For a dental practice, the relevance is narrow. A clinic group running a whitening or check-up promotion could use a contest or quiz to grow an opt-in contact list, but Adictiz does not offer local search, Google Business Profile or website optimisation work, and none of its named clients is a healthcare provider. Its client list leans toward large consumer brands: testimonials come from SNCF Connect, Galeries Lafayette and Credit Agricole, and its portfolio includes campaigns for Qonto, Uber Eats, Orange, Carrefour, La Francaise des Jeux and Nickel, among others. More than 200 brands use the platform.

On review sites, a single Capterra review from a banking user rates the product 4 out of 5, praising support and understanding of needs while asking for better layout adaptation across devices. The four 5-star reviews on La Fabrique du Net are written by Adictiz staff and describe the workplace rather than client results. The minimum project is 1,000 euros, with typical playable-ad projects of 8,000 to 12,000 euros. Platform pricing is not published, and prospects are directed to book a demo.
