About Loom Digital

Loom Digital is an independent agency at Temple Studios, next to Bristol Temple Meads. Nikki Ellison founded it in 2009 as Digirank, an SEO and PPC shop. Karen Pearce joined her as a director and co-owner in 2017, and the business took the Loom name in 2019 to mark ten years. The agency is female-founded and female-led. The team grew from about 12 at the rebrand to 18 in 2022 and 20 in 2023, organised into paid media, SEO, content and data units.

Their focus is businesses with complex offers, and each client is assigned a pod of up to six specialists covering strategy, paid media, SEO, GEO and data. They run a planning framework called ClearThread and offer a fixed data and analytics sprint. Paid media spans Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic and ChatGPT ads. SEO and GEO work is pitched at long-term organic and AI-search visibility, supported by SEO-led content and conversion rate optimisation. Reporting is built around commercial results rather than channel metrics.

They have no dental or healthcare sector. Their sectors are construction, education, professional services and multi-brand groups, and named clients include Persimmon, Dukes Education, ForrestBrown, Albert Goodman, Western Global and Truespeed. A dental group would be buying general multi-channel skill rather than sector knowledge. The most relevant fit is a larger, multi-site practice group with a meaningful paid and organic budget that wants joined-up reporting.

Results include a 50% year-on-year revenue rise and 1,371% campaign ROAS for Infinity Motorcycles, one of their first clients. Elliott Training saw a 77% rise in conversions, Coleg Gwent gained more than 5,000 extra course applications, and Western Global saw 187% more leads. Of their clients, 85% stay longer than two years, more than 15 have stayed over five years, and the longest partnerships pass ten years.

They have been a Google Partner since 2013 and gained B Corp status in May 2024 with a score of 85.5, and they donate 1% of profits each year. They also hold Cyber Essentials, Microsoft Elite Partner status for 2026 and Great Place to Work listings for 2024 and 2025. Awards include a UK Search Awards win in 2022 for Infinity Motorcycles PPC work, Silver at the UK Agency Awards 2026, and finalist places at the UK Paid Media and UK Digital Excellence Awards 2026. Pricing is not published. Prospects book a 30-minute call with Head of Growth Tommy Pearson, and the agency replies within one working day.
