Marseille SEO and WordPress agency founded in 2025 by a QASEO-certified consultant
About NelCielo
NelCielo is a small SEO and web agency in Marseille. Its office is in the World Trade Center Marseille Provence building on rue Henri Barbusse, and it is registered as an SARL. Christine Vincent-Giuliano founded it in May 2025. She spent about 13 years in client-side marketing before moving into digital work in 2014. She then worked as a digital project manager and webmaster, freelanced for two years, and from 2021 led SEO for an HR software company. She holds the QASEO certification from FePSeM, the French search marketing federation (2024 cohort). In 2023 she appeared on a WhitePress list of women in French SEO and digital marketing.
She started the agency after seeing businesses pay for websites sold as Google-optimised that lacked basic tags and original content. Each client deals with one contact from audit to reporting. They serve the Aix-Marseille-Provence area in person and the rest of France by video. Every recommendation is explained, and clients keep ownership of all content produced. The agency's rules include never promising first place and never mass-producing AI content.
The main offer is a monthly plan called Boost SEO. In month one they audit technical and keyword issues, set up GA4 and Search Console, and optimise the Google Business Profile. Months two to five bring priority fixes, quick wins and the first content. Months six to twelve continue the optimisation and content work, add link building and finish with a three-hour training session for the client's team. The plan also covers GEO, meaning visibility in AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Each monthly report is based on Search Console and GA4 and explains what changed and what comes next. Its tools include Haloscan, Screaming Frog and Majestic.
Prices are published, excluding VAT. Boost SEO starts at 690 euros a month and runs for six months when it begins with audits, or three months otherwise. Consulting starts at 155 euros a session, coaching at 270 euros a month and a two-day course costs 1,680 euros. WordPress sites start at 4,900 euros. This coaching path suits a practice that wants to manage its own SEO over time.
The agency has no dental clients yet. Its health work so far is with an osteopath, Emmanuelle Meler, and a therapist's practice website. Other clients include WTC Marseille, a caterer and an accounting firm. Its main metric case is from the founder's earlier in-house role. At an HR software company, monthly traffic grew from 6,000 to 24,000 visits and SEO leads from 10 to 200 a month. It is rated 5.0 on Google from 27 reviews.
