Shinjuku patient-acquisition service for therapy clinics with SEO traffic guarantee

About Kudoken (Windcube Holdings)

Kudoken is a patient-acquisition service for Japanese treatment clinics, run by Wincube Holdings Co., Ltd. (株式会社ウィンキューブホールディングス). Its office is on the fourth floor of the Meiho Building at 1-21-1 Nishi-Shinjuku in Tokyo, about four minutes on foot from the south exit of Shinjuku Station, and it is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00. The service has seven years of clinic-only experience and more than 180 client success stories. Its site copyright runs from 2019.

The client base is manual therapy rather than dentistry. Kudoken writes for seitai, chiropractic, acupuncture and moxibustion, and bone-setting clinics, plus visiting massage and mobile practitioners. Its success cases feature chiropractic, acupuncture and seikotsuin owners. Dental clinics are not mentioned, and it is unclear whether they are accepted.

The service range covers clinic websites, including a low-cost build plan called Sodateru, SEO, PPC and Instagram ads, Google Maps and review support, flyer training, newsletters, a booking system and a patient management tool. SEO is sold per keyword at about ¥32,780 a month for a town or station keyword and ¥43,780 for major cities such as Tokyo or Osaka, with visiting services at ¥21,780. Heavily contested terms are quoted separately. Kudoken usually takes one clinic per keyword in an area, offers keyword consulting and on-site advice, and has had no manual penalties from its own SEO since 2014.

In place of a ranking promise, Kudoken gives an access guarantee. If the main keyword has not reached page one after the agreed period, it buys paid search ads from its own account so the clinic still gets traffic, and this also applies when an algorithm update knocks a site down. Page one usually takes three to six months. SEO contracts run for a minimum of 12 months, then renew monthly with one month's notice.

A separate plan writes symptom pages for clinics. Packs of 5, 10 or 15 pages cost ¥165,000, ¥253,000 or ¥335,500 including tax, with discounts for clinics that upload pages themselves. Each page runs 1,000 to 1,500 Japanese characters and is checked by their SEO lead. Delivery takes about a month, one revision is included, intake is capped at 10 clinics a month and no ranking is guaranteed.

For a dentist, the area-plus-treatment keyword model would carry over, but the agency has no dental experience on record. A dental practice should ask directly before signing a 12-month SEO contract.
